Over 30 years as a CEO, entrepreneur, and investment banker in the business sector coupled with spending the past 7 years in real estate, Damian represents a wealth of seasoned guidance.

“I have been honored to represent 3 vineyard/winery properties over the past year, which is quite fulfilling as it allows me the ability to combine my real estate sales acumen with my business background. Engaging Buyers for these properties requires grasping the nuances of purchasing a business/farm and is very similar to the work I did as a venture capital fund manager.

When my wife, (the CFO of a major winery) and I moved to Napa 8 years ago, I acquired a real estate license for our own investments, then slowly, by word of mouth, my second career blossomed, and I really enjoy it. It is a very pleasant experience to help people achieve their real estate goals!
